Day-to-day responsibilities:
📲 Handling calls, emails, WhatsApp & portal enquiries
🗓 Booking & managing viewings and valuations
💬 Keeping buyers & sellers updated
🔍 Chasing feedback & spotting issues early
🧩 Maintaining accurate CRM notes
🤝 Supporting negotiations & progressing deals
⚡ Working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
