A chalet bungalow sat on the market with another agent for 5 months.
Three viewings. Zero momentum. No offers.
We relaunched it with new staging, new photography, video and a proper campaign.
Result?
10 viewings in the first weekend, 4 offers, and a final sale agreed £35,000 over the price the previous agent had it on for – and still couldn’t get offers at.
