This week marks five amazing years since Jacqui joined JAGS Property Group — and honestly, it’s hard to imagine JAGS without her.
Jacqui was my very first hire. Back then, it was just the two of us — working flat out, building a company with a huge vision and a big belief that we could do things differently. From those early days, she’s been right there by my side through every challenge, milestone, and breakthrough moment.
She’s literally done every part of the role over the years — from booking valuations and handling viewings, to sales progression, client care, marketing, admin, and operations. She’s seen every side of the business and understands what it takes to deliver the level of service we’re known for today.
Now, she’s the one who makes sure everyone else in the team upholds those same standards — running operations, guiding the team day-to-day, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Jacqui is the rock of the company, consistent, dedicated, and always bringing her trademark bubbly energy into the office. Our clients absolutely love her. She’ll quite literally run through walls to make sure a sale completes on time, a client feels supported, or a team member gets what they need.
And outside of the day-to-day, Jacqui also leads the way on our community and charity events, from the annual JAGS & Westways Charity Golf Day to our Halloween and Easter giveaways for local families. She pours her heart into everything she does, and those events have become part of what makes JAGS so special.
On a personal note, Jacqui isn’t just a colleague; she’s a close friend. She’s been part of every chapter of JAGS, through the late nights, the big wins, the growing pains, and the celebrations. Her loyalty, drive, and heart have helped shape this company into what it is today.
So, from me and the whole team, thank you, Jacqui.
