Celebrating Four Years of Michelle: From New Starter to Sales Progression Star

This month marks four years since Michelle joined the team—and what a journey it’s been.

When she first started with us, Michelle had no background in estate agency. She came in fresh, eager to learn, and ready to roll up her sleeves. Since then, she’s gone from knowing very little about property to becoming a key part of the business—our brilliant Sales Progressor.

If you’ve bought or sold with us in the last few years, there’s a good chance you’ve spoken to Michelle. She’s the one who keeps everything on track once a sale is agreed—chasing solicitors, keeping buyers and sellers updated, smoothing out bumps along the way, and doing everything she can to make sure things reach completion.

Sales progression isn’t always easy. It takes patience, persistence, and a serious attention to detail. But Michelle’s got it down to a fine art, and over the past four years, she’s helped hundreds of buyers and sellers get through one of life’s most stressful (and exciting) chapters.

And it’s not just us who think she’s brilliant—plenty of clients have taken the time to say so too:

"Michelle was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process—calm, professional and always on top of things. She kept us sane!"

"If it wasn’t for Michelle, I honestly don’t think our sale would’ve gone through. She chased everything so we didn’t have to."

"We felt completely looked after from start to finish. Michelle was a star—thank you so much!"

We’re so proud of how far she’s come—not just in terms of skill, but in the confidence and care she brings to every part of her role. She’s a calm head, a team player, and a huge support to our clients.

A quick chat with Michelle...

What did you think when you first started?
”I just knew that I was going to be part of something special…we all had the same goals and wanted the business to succeed…it’s been an amazing journey and so satisfying to know that everyone’s hard work is paying off 🥰"

What do you enjoy most about your role now?
I absolutely love playing a part in one of the biggest experiences and journeys of someone's life…selling a house is such an emotional rollercoaster, and I ride it with the sellers and buyers! I love the rapport I build with our clients, and there’s no feeling quite like getting to completion and experiencing that joy with them 🥰

Any memorable moments?
Plenty! Too many to specifically point out but I can sometimes speak to a seller or buyer every day for months while everything is progressing and that journey, while sometimes stressful and emotional, is special…I get very invested in the process and that’s why I love my role 🥰

What’s one thing you’ve learned in four years?
I’ve learnt a lot more than one thing 😂 but I think one thing I would say is that we genuinely love helping our clients and appreciate their trust in us so much when it comes to selling and progressing their home, their biggest asset…what a privilege that is, and I love the relationship I build with the sellers and buyers throughout the process…it’s a very rewarding role and I’m so grateful for the kind words I receive from everyone

So here's to Michelle - four years, hundreds of happy clients, and still going strong. We’re lucky to have her.
