🎉 JAGS Property Group is 6! 🎉

This month marks a very special milestone for JAGS Property Group – we’re celebrating six years in business!

When we first started JAGS back in 2019—just before Covid changed the world—our vision was simple: To create an estate agency built on honesty, innovation, high performance at every level, and delivering exceptional customer service.

From day one, we set out to market every home to the highest standard, never cutting corners. Our clients are house-proud people who value presentation, and they’re also those who’ve had difficult experiences elsewhere, where clear communication and real support make all the difference. Many come to us during life’s toughest chapters: bereavements, separations, or stressful chains. We wanted to be the team that made things easier.

Launching during such an uncertain time wasn’t easy. The market was unpredictable, people were nervous about moving, and the usual ways of working were turned upside down. But those challenges shaped us. We had to think differently, embracing new tech, being creative with our marketing, and proving that even in the toughest moments, we could deliver a smooth, reliable service.

Fast-forward to today:

Our social media now reaches over 1 million views a month, and we’re selling homes directly through TikTok and Facebook.

  • We’ve helped hundreds of families move into their dream homes.
  • We’ve supported landlords and investors in growing their portfolios.
  • We’ve built strong, long-term relationships with our community.

And we’ve grown into a small but mighty team of 10 amazing people adding Sukhy, Silvana, Josh, and Mya this year.

Despite being one of the younger independents, we’re now selling more homes than many of the big corporate agencies who’ve been around for decades. On top of that, we’re delivering a smoother, more personal service, backed up by 200+ five-star Google reviews.

And something we’ve noticed along the way: we often end up selling homes that other agents couldn’t. Whether it’s down to our marketing, communication, or persistence, clients trust us to step in when things haven’t worked out elsewhere—and more often than not, we get the job done.

But for us, it’s never just about numbers. It’s about making sure every client feels supported and every home is marketed with pride. We love helping people through what is often one of the most stressful journeys of their lives, and our goal will always be to make it as positive and straightforward as possible.

As we enter our seventh year, our focus hasn’t changed: using the best marketing, the latest tech, and a genuinely personal approach to deliver exceptional results for every single client.

To all our clients, partners, and friends of JAGS—thank you for being part of our journey.
Here’s to the next 6 years (and beyond)! 🥂
