Welcome Sukhy Kaur to our Team

Welcoming Sukhy Kaur to the Team!

We’re thrilled to welcome Sukhy Kaur to the team – our third team member with strong ties to Riverview Park!
Sukhy joined us last month, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the property industry. A proud Gravesend local, she’s lived in the area all her life and has developed a strong network within the community.

Since 2018, Sukhy has called Riverview Park home and previously worked at Riverview Junior School, further deepening her local roots.

She’s also a well-respected member of the local Sikh community, known for her warm, friendly nature and in-depth local knowledge. Sukhy’s dedication and approachable personality make her a fantastic addition to our growing team – and a great asset for anyone looking to make their next move in the area.

In her role, Sukhy is supporting Aran and Connor with client registrations and bookings, conducting viewings for sales and lettings, and attending key handovers and completions.

Welcome aboard, Sukhy – we’re so glad to have you with us!

April is the final window for landlords in England to prepare for the first phase of the Renters’ Rights Act. With the new tenancy regime starting on 1 May 2026, now is the time to review paperwork, processes and whether self-management still feels realistic.
